Kendra Fredericks from Van Dorm Realty is our Real Estate instructor. She has a wealth of knowledge, a great deal of experience and can answer any question you can think of in regards to real estate.
Amy Remington with Guild Mortgage Company is our Mortgage Specialist and Instructor. Her style is friendly, interactive, and relaxed. Often her classes are viewed as "performances" rather than classes - she makes this information understandable and fun!
This class will provide you the certificate that is required for you to close on one of 8 Down Payment Assistance programs offered through the Washington State Housing Finance Commisison AND one through the City of Lakewood.
Class is 5 hours in length must be attended to get the certificate of eleigibility for Down payment assistance.
You will leave class feeling empowered and ready to go!
