Central Illinois Resource Center Inc. is proud to host a free community training featuring the Be There Certificate, a nationally recognized mental health education program created and administered by the Born This Way Foundation in partnership with Jack.org.
This training empowers everyday people to recognize when someone may be struggling with their mental health and to respond in a safe, supportive, and effective way.
📅 Date: Saturday, February 7, 2026
⏰ Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Participants will complete the official Be There Certificate Course, developed and delivered exclusively by the Born This Way Foundation and Jack.org. Upon completion of the online modules, attendees will receive an official Certificate of Completion issued by the program.
Central Illinois Resource Center Inc. will also facilitate peer-led discussion sessions to help reinforce the material, build confidence, and strengthen community awareness. These discussions are educational and non-clinical in nature and do not replace professional mental health care.
Who Should Attend:
Community members, volunteers, educators, faith leaders, youth advocates, and anyone who wants to better support mental health in Central Illinois.
