Our Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) approved courses provide participants the proper training needed to obtain their Texas Real Estate License.
This program is comprised of the six courses required by TREC in order to sit for the state licensing exam. Each course is 30 hours long and can be taken in any order. Students can complete the program in as little as six months.
Requirements;
- U.S. Citizen/Legal Resident
- 18 years or older
- Legal Texas Resident

- Principes I
- Principles II
- Law of Contracts
- Law of Agency
- Finance
- Promulgated Contracts
