5-Day Home Inspection Training
Dates: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

This training is designed for both new home inspectors and experienced inspectors looking to enhance their skills. You will be guided through the House of Horrors®, a full-scale house with over 1,000 defects, by Certified Master Inspectors®. This hands-on training will prepare you for your home inspection certification and is geared towards beginners.
During This Training You Will:
- Be instructed by several Certified Master Inspectors®
- Perform inspections at the House of Horrors®
- Practice writing home inspection reports
- Test-drive over $20,000 worth of inspection tools
- Receive free textbooks
- Network with other inspectors
- have experienced inspecting the House of Horrors®, an entire house with 1,000 defects built under our roof; and
- have obtained 40 hours of training towards your 120 hours of required licensing (FL Students).
This training includes performing inspections at the House of Horrors®, an entire house with a thousand defects built under our roof at InterNACHI® Headquarters. You'll learn how to find all of the defects we intentionally installed in this amazing facility. There are over 120 defects in the plumbing system alone!
Please note that the state exam is not offered during this training. The exam may be offered by the class instructors at an additional cost. Membership is not included with class purchase.
To become a Florida licensed inspector, you must complete 120 hours of pre-licensing. This class will provide 40 hours towards your 120 hours training.
Students seeking to gain and develop their knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform a home inspection and to attain a Home Inspector Program Certificate of Completion may enroll in InterNACHI's online Home Inspector Certificate Program.
