Join us at BBSI Santa Ana for a fun and informative workshop hosted by our team of seasoned HR Professionals. This interactive workshop explores how open-door policies, transparent communication, and clear messaging can build stronger, more effective teams. Participants will learn practical strategies to foster open dialogue, improve communication clarity, and cultivate a culture of trust and collaboration. Walk away with actionable techniques to enhance team dynamics and drive positive results.This workshop is open to business owners and their leadership teams, however preference will be given to current BBSI Santa Ana clients.

9:00am-12:00am: Informational & Interactive Workshop

Parking Information:

As of December 2024, BBSI Santa Ana has a new parking lot vendor, Metropolis. This vendor allows for completely ticketless parking! You will need to download the Metropolis app here (Metropolis) prior to your visit to BBSI Santa Ana. When downloading the app, you'll need to enter the license plate details of the vehicle you plan on driving to the workshop. Once you have the app dowloaded and your profile set up, you'll be able to drive through the parking gates without grabbing a ticket. We will validate your parking during the session, so you'll be able to drive right out once we're done.

During the webinar, we will review content from the workshop at a high-level and leave plenty of time for Q&A.
