Part of the Rosenberry-Donohue Lectures on the American WestJoin Museum of the Rockies in welcoming Leila Philip to Montana for an author talk on how we can learn from beavers to restore the lands we love. In this illustrated talk, New York Times bestselling author, Leila Philip will discuss the writing of Beaverland How One Weird Rodent Made America: how she discovered beavers, what went into researching and writing this now critically acclaimed book, and the increasingly important role beavers have come to play as we face some of our most dire environmental challenges.
