This walk will take us on a fun exploration of beavers—checking out their anatomy understanding why they do what they do and discovering what makes them so fascinating! This walk is free to attend and no registration is required! Taking place Saturday October 11th from 3:00-4:00pm. We will be meeting at the Nature Centre and enjoying some biology facts before we set out on a walk into the park to look at some beaver signs and hopefully catch a glimpse of the beaver family that has moved into the park. Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for being outdoors and be advised that we will be going slightly off the beaten path so anyone with mobility issues should take caution. This program is open to people of all ages and we're excited to explore the world of our national animal with you! Feel free to give us a call on the Nature Line (403-529-6225) to learn more!
