With a sea breeze and our world-famous bridge as the backdrop, Bivacco, Bar & Griglia, prides itself on serving simple, unfussy Italian food starring locally sourced ingredients that conjure up the feel of the Mediterranean, thanks to head chef Ryan Moore at the helm.
Perfectly prepared, lovingly farmed meats and seafood brought to life with an open flame and focus on the grill, the classic antipasti platter drizzled with the Bivacco house citrus olive oil with locally grown fresh herbs is a must-taste, and what you can expect for our three-course long lunch, and three glasses of wine.
Bivacco, is the waterfront eatery that Auckland has been craving; check it out over the summer between 4-6 pm every weekday to take advantage of the Aperitivo hour, where they serve sunset sessions with complimentary roving bites.
