They say that it’s a tale as old as time, and some of the jokes in this show are just as old.With their fortune lost at sea (thanks to evil sourceress Morfina) Belle and the her famiy are forced to take lodgings and jobs at Roxies Tavern, were they meet the flamboyant and flirty landlady, the magically bewitched Prince Gaston and the old sea dog Captain Salty McCrab. Fate seems to have plans for Belle and she is destined to somehow meet the illusive Beast (Prince Adam) but Morfina will do anything to stop them meeting, falling in love and ruining her plans of world domination.
The story is flooded with more comedy, intrigue and suspense with the help of narrators Jimmy, Joey and Jewel, Morfina’s evilish sisters, Teal and Tribble, and the Prince/Beasts servants, musically minded maid, Maude and the inappropriately strait-laced butler, Egon.
