Our antenatal courses have been running for 8 years and have supported hundreds of families!
If you are looking for a course thats led by friendly approachable experts who provide the most up to date information in a non-judgemental, kind way - this course is for you!
We cover all the things you'd expect from an antenatal course including birth and labour, instrumental birth, birth choices and preparation, the early days with your baby, baby brain development, bond and attachment as well as baby and children's first aid! A must for all parents to be!
We welcome all birth partners on this 5 week course! Sessions run each Monday evening from the date of the session listed from 7-8:30pm. Each session ends with a guided relaxation and positive affirmations.
