BEAUTIFUL is an in person evidence and faith-based mental health seminars for the Brown Girls! In 2025 Fresh Start 4 HER is offering a FREE mental health seminar focusing directly on mental health support topics for black women for ages 16 & Up. The Beautiful seminar will provide access to individual and group therapeutic activities, empowering classes, direct contact with licensed and faith-based clinicians that look like you; and those who have shared and lived experiences just like you!
