Hey Lovelies.We are offering Gong Baths again. Yay! :-)

We are taking the following measures to protect you:
°Please wear a face covering/mask at all times. We are following government guidelines on social distancing. As Gong Baths are not a form of exercise we can follow the 1m plus guidelines. Please also be thoughtful while entering and exiting the building.
°We will be asking you to bring your own mats, blankets, pillows and eye masks.
°Jasmine tea will either be served in compostable bamboo cups (or you can bring your own cup).
°We will keep the changing room closed.
°If using the toilet, please be sure to use the anti-bac wipes available to clean surfaces before and after use.
°Please let me know if you are coming as a couple or a group of up to 6 so that I can arrange the spacing in the room accordingly.
°Please avoid proximity with people from other bubbles.
°Please don't attend a Gong Bath if you feel that you have any virus symptoms. Thank you.

Please note: I cannot give refunds but if you'd like to transfer your space to a friend, just let me know their name before the event, and inform them of the contraindications listed below (cancelling simply makes the space available for somebody else).

A gong bath is a unique experience in which you are bathed (clothes on)..... in the sounds and vibrations of the gongs, which lend themselves to enhanced states of well-being, relaxation, happiness and pleasure. Great for those who want to give a gift to themselves (or others) of an hour of 'me time' or as an aid to meditation and deep cleansing.

All you need to do is relax and let the gongs do the work! I will bring some jasmine tea for us to drink after the gong bath. It's lovely for slowly coming around and grounding a little. You could bring water too, to help with the detox. :-)
Your body temperature may change during a gong bath. Many people drop in temperature. It is sensible to have a blanket at the ready.

Contraindications: Please let me know in advance if you are pregnant, have a metal implant (contraceptive coils are fine) or pacemaker, suffer from a sound sensitive condition, have epilepsy or have any query regarding the suitability of a gong bath for you. Thank you.
