A monthly meet up for women to come together to challenge the aging narrative as they walk toward elderismThe pressure women experience to fit the beauty mold and narrative as they evolve through the eras of their life can be suffocating, overwhelming and even harmful. Having a space like TGV gives me an opportunity to talk with women all the time about the deeper emotional journey that is "aging". I am crushed by how many feel isolated and alone as they navigate the pressures all around them.
There is a solution for that!
The reality is, I see woman ALL DAY, EVERY DAY feeling the same way. SO many seeking a peer group where support and understanding comes ahead of opinion or commodity. WE are these women and WE can support each other.
The best part?
I have a place big enough for us to get together! I also have the skills, education and personality to be a great facilitator for conversational group events in this topic area that can bring on big feelings. So that means we can do it for FREE!
SO! Once a month lets meet to have some tea as we talk AND listen to each other supportively because there is no disgraceful way to age, unless we are attacking each other's jouney to find themselves.
