Welcome to the Beats x Books and The Padded Room Music Industry Workshop!
Powered by Beats x Books, we are a group of music industry professionals revolutionizing music industry education, teaching how to find lasting success in the industry for creatives and business-minded alike. Our trained staff has worked alongside the likes of Lil' Baby, Latto, Pierre Bourne, G Herbo, Quando Rondo, and many more, and consists of ProTools certified instructors, music degree graduates, & radio hosts with years of experience.
Our new "Know & Grow" workshop is a full day of hands-on experience for beginners and experienced students alike. We dive into topics such as making money from your music, mixing & engineering and creating music from scratch, with take-home materials, online resources, internship opportunities, and much more!
We have teamed up with celebrity host DJ Waffles and The Padded Room this time! The Padded Room is a platform that leads by example within the podcasting realm. Not only do they teach podcasting methods and how to setup your own successful podcast, but they have produced legendary interviews with Latto, WNBA's Atlanta Dream, Tracy T, Zaytoven, Deb Antney of Mizay Ent., G. Herbo, Mulatto and more!

Floor 1: The Business of Music (building your fan base, monetizing, find your next step, etc.)
Floor 2: Starting your own podcast (from equipment to building your Audience); BTS of The Padded Room Live Taping
Floor 3: Audio production/Beatmaking Workshop & Songwriting Workshop (Collaborate to create an original song)
