Beats N Burn
Kick your weekend off with music and fitness brought to you by local DJs and fitness instructors! Bring friends, family, SOs, or come solo and make new friends.
You'll feel the burn with this dynamic workout that combines elements of strenth/HIIT, pilates, and sculpt classes. We will use our bodyweight for this total body strength workout that is designed for all genders, ages and fitness abilities, no equipment needed. Think pushups, planks, squats, core work, etc. with modifications and advancements for all fitness levels.
The workout will be led by Meredith Fiedler and Hailey Hoffman of Studio78 in Southie. Expect great beats and vibes from viryl (Jamie Fiedler) and guest DJ, make new friends, and chill!
Please bring your own mat and water.
