A by-donation all-levels Yoga workshop at Ballet BC's Granville Island studios.About this Event
Bhavana means 'cultivating' or 'mood'. This class will be inspired by music from a specific artist or genre to cultivate a unique feeling state (Bhav) and flow for the practice. Led by Clara Roberts-Oss, the workshop will allow participants to create Bhavana through movement and breath as you flow and dance through the transitions of a vinyasa yoga sequence together. The energy of the music will be the fuel for movement.
Come flow with Clara at our beautiful facilities at Granville Island. All are welcome!
