Beatmaking 101 Camp | Ages 11-14 | June 24-27 | 1-4 PM
In our first-ever beginner digital music camp, youth will learn the basics of GarageBand, experimenting with loops, digital and physical instruments, and their own recordings to create completely original songs. By the end of the week, they’ll have a finished track to take home and share. No prior experience is needed, and all equipment is provided — just bring yourself and your creativity!
Each participant will receive one camp t-shirt for the week and one snack each day. A signed waiver is required to attend camp. Please sign our waiver before arriving for camp: .

In order to ensure equal accessibility for all youth, our camps operate on a pay-what-you-can (PWYC) model, with a suggested donation of $150. The Bay is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that relies on community support and grants to sustain our programs. If your family is able to contribute at or above the suggested amount, you’re not just investing in your child — you’re making it possible for another young person to access the same transformative experience. Every contribution directly strengthens our ability to provide high-quality programs for all youth, regardless of their financial circumstances. If cost is a barrier for your family, please email our Youth Engagement Director, Drew, at [email protected] to learn more about free scholarship opportunities for your youth.
