BBB is not your average brunch gathering. This experience will have you on your feet, leaning in, laughing and learning and leaving DIFFERENTLY than how you entered. We are re-activating the connection to our body, exploring the personal COST of burnout in the body, engaging with artistic health tools, refilling our cup and enjoying a beautiful meal.
