About this Event

As the days get shorter and colder, many of us begin to feel the effects; lower mood, fatigue, or lack of motivation. But the good news? You can support yourself through these months with simple, evidence-based tools that bring back warmth, energy, and light from within.

Join Hope & Wellbeing Hub for a free 1.5-hour wellbeing workshop that blends science, mindfulness, and gentle movement to help you feel grounded, calm, and energised this winter.

You’ll be guided by Steph, NLP Coach & Time Line Therapy® Practitioner, with a strong background in healthcare and wellbeing centres, and Neha, a Senior Yoga and Breathwork Teacher, who will bring her expertise to help you reconnect with your body and breath.



What to Expect:
  • Learn how reduced sunlight and seasonal changes affect your mood and energy — and how to manage them naturally.
  • Reflect with guided journaling and a gentle visualisation to lift your spirits.
  • Move & Breathe with soothing chair-based yoga and breathwork — no experience needed.
  • Share & Connect in a supportive circle to explore how winter affects you and ways to nurture yourself.
  • Take Home your “My Winter Wellbeing Plan” worksheet to keep your motivation glowing all month.

After the session, take time to unwind, chat, and connect with others. Drinks and snacks will be available to order.
