When you dance, you lift your energy levels and improve your mood by increasing circulation, releasing tension, inhibitions, and stuck energy…paving the way for healing and self-discovery.
Join the earth to retreat deeper into your core. Through movement of your own bodily home, rewiring your mind's potential with foundational body parts. Opening the windows of air in your life and following your energy, bringing warmth & switching lights back on inside of you.
Guide your awareness to your physical body, your energy body, your breath and your beating heart. Complete the workshop to rest and settle your attention with a guided relaxation.

What is 5Rhythms®
5Rhythms is a movement meditation practice created by Gabrielle Roth that uses dance to explore the body's inner wisdom and heal the mind. There are no steps to learn.
During the workshop, you will be guided through a Wave of your own dancing energy and intuition, along with music from all over the world. Every Wave starts off with breathing in life, experiencing FLOWING movements, followed by STACCATO fiery expressions. We learn to shake it all off in CHAOS and free ourselves into lighter LYRICAL movements. We finish our dancing Wave with STILLNESS, allowing our attention to rest in the present moment.
