Program Description:
This series is all about building your confidence as a hiker, enhancing your skills, and fostering a deep connection with the natural world. This month, we will focus on selecting the right gear and clothing, staying hydrated, and managing heat-related issues to ensure a safe and enjoyable summer hiking experience. This program will take place indoors.
