Calling all novice Strongmen and Strongwomen! Get ready to unleash your inner beast at out ‘Beasts in the Southeast’ Strongman competition.
Beasts in the Southeast is the first official Australias Strongest competition held at Beastmode Cartel on Sunday 29th September 2024.
Are you keen to deadlift a car? Well, heres your opportunity to do it as well as show off your strength, grit and determination as you push yourself to your limits.

Event weights and competition rules to follow

Events
Rising bar car deadlift, 60 second time cap
equipment allowed, figure 8s, figure 6, belts, soft belt, talc, knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, wrist wraps
socks or footwear must be worn, no suits, oil or grip aids aloud.
90 seconds to complete 10m farmers run, into a 10m duck walk, into powerstairs

no straps or grip aids aloud
Overhead medley- 90 seconds to complete one rep on each implement, axle, log, sandbag over shoulder
In remaining time you will choose one to complete max reps.
