I understand that participation in this event may include activities such as the consumption of food and beverages and general social interaction. I recognize that these activities involve potential risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, minor injuries, or accidents.

By signing below, I agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk: I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event.
2. Release of Liability: I release, waive, and discharge the Hosts, their owners, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in the event, including any injury, illness, or property damage.
3. Medical Treatment: I authorize the Hosts to obtain emergency medical treatment for me if necessary and agree to be responsible for any related costs.
4. Food Allergies & Sensitivities: I acknowledge that food and beverages served will contain or come into contact with common allergens (such as nuts, dairy, soy, or gluten). It is my responsibility to make safe choices.
5. Photography Release: I grant permission to the Hosts to use photographs or video taken during the event for marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Acknowledgment: I have read and understood this waiver and release. I am at least 18 years of age and agree fully and voluntarily to these terms.
