About this Event
This is a free event and you pay only for yourself.
This is a 2 days/1 night camping trip.
We will start our trip at Manitou station and finish at Sloatsburg on a second day.
We hike through beautiful Bear mountain and Harriman state parks. Pass multiple lakes, rivers and ponds.
We will stay at night at Beaver Pond Campground and continue walking the next day.
This is not a loop hike!
May 11 (Saturday)
We will start at 07:30 AM at Grand Central station.

May 11 (Sat)
07:30 AM - Meeting at center of Grand Central Terminal (look for a round information kiosk).
07:50 AM - Departure from Grand Central to Manitou train station.
09:04 AM - Arriving at Manitou and starting hiking.
1:00 PM - Lunch by Perkins Memorial Tower.
1:40 PM - Continue hiking
7:00 PM - Reaching the Beaver Pond Campgrounds
7:30 PM - Dinner at campground.
May 12 (Sun)
07:30 AM - Breakfast
08:00 AM - Leaving the campground
1:00 PM - Lunch by Lake Sebago
1:40 PM - Continue hiking
05:30 - Reaching Sloatsburg
05:31 PM - Departure from Sloatsburg train station
07:19 PM - Arriving to Hoboken
08:00 PM - Arriving NYC

Total hiking distance about 21 miles.
Total elevation 2116 ft.
We will have multiple stops via our hike.
Please bring enough water and food for the whole day.
