On Januart 31st we will be hosting a Tap Takeover with BOTH Beak Brewery and Rivington Brewing Co."Beak began life as a nomadic project run by food and drink writer Daniel Tapper, who spent several years honing his recipes with friends at some of the UK’s greatest breweries. The project has since laid roots in the East Sussex town of Lewes where it also runs an award-winning taproom and street-food canteen. Though best known for its hop-forward IPAs, the brewery also makes a wide range of beers from crisp and clear pilsners to decadent imperial stouts."
"Rivington came from humble beginnings of brewing absolute swill on a plastic home brew kit for Mike’s wedding, with no prior experience apart from reading John Palmer’s “How To Brew”, to brewing on a 20 hectolitre kit today producing around 2,500 hectolitres (2024), with an additional 30 barrels in our new barrel store, it’s been over 10 years of organic growth, thanks to the support of our local community.
