Beaded Jewellery Event with Jess and Mary, held every MondayJessica Bailey is a concept artist who studied jewellery design at RCA but has been learning and developing skills such as painting, photography, film and editing over the last 18 years.
She is patient and empathetic and would help you find your creative side.
How you can use beading jewellery as a mindfulness exercise:
"The act of rolling the beads between your fingers is a physical reminder of the intention you set at the outset, and prompts you to return to your breathing and refocus your attention when your mind wanders—and it will wander. Think of your beads as a tool that can help guide you into a deeper meditation practice"
All materials are provided ad refreshments available.

The price of this workshop will go towards paying for the space, materials, and refreshments. The workshop is supervised by one of our volunteers please always be kind, and respectful as they are volunteering their time. Be understanding that this is also part of their journey for their own mental health and well-being.
