Beadwork can be found in many cultures, all over the world. Learn how to bead with a loom to create a beautiful cuff bracelet with Native American beader, Karen Franks. All bead, needles, thread, and the cuff will be provided. You may bring your own beads, if there are specific colors you want to use,, but make sure they are uniform in size and shape. Any size, from 11/0 through 6/0 would work. Any brand, but some brands require more culling to get consistent beads. Dollar Tree and Walmart brands tend to be the worst, Preciosa is good and can be found at Michael's or online. Looms will be available to borrow or purchase.
Workshop is $40 per person. Limit of nine participants. Registration details will be posted soon.
