The Beacon Centre for the Blind is marking a historic milestone with a spectacular Beacon of Light Ball, celebrating 150 years of supporting people with sight loss.The event will take place on Friday, 19th September 2025, at Park Hall Hotel, Wolverhampton, and will be hosted by well-known broadcaster Dicky Dodd. Attendees will also hear an inspiring keynote speech from Darren Harris, former Beacon beneficiary and England’s most-capped blind footballer.
