Join us every Thursday from 6:15 to 7:15 pm for a rejuvenating all-levels vinyasa yoga flow led by 500-RYT Annabel at Lifeguard Tower 12 in Santa Monica, CA.
Unwind, reconnect with nature, improve your flexibility, build strength, and meet community members – all while enjoying stunning ocean views.
Suggested donation is $15 via Venmo @AnnabelMaw or cash.
Please bring
- Your own mat or beach towel (Suggest a beach towel!)
- A water bottle
- A sweater in case it gets chilly
