Back by popular demand... Beach Yoga, Surf & Social!

Do you want to escape the city for a few hours? Come and join Yas and Mai in the stunning Gower Peninsular for a day of relaxation, adventure and connectin.

The event will take place on Monday 25th of August ,2025 at 10:00AM at Llangennith beach.

Start with a calming yoga session to stretch and strengthen your body, limbering you up perfectly for our playful surf. We will share a few surfboards giving you then the time to catch your breath, taking turns to snap eachother on the waves. You are of course welcome to bring your own board if you prefer. But the fun doesn't stop there! After working up an appetite, enjoy a delicious beachside social with fellow participants. Share stories, make new friends, and soak up the sun in this beautiful coastal setting. Don't miss out on this perfect blend of fitness, fun, and friendship at Beach Yoga, Surf & Social. P.S. this is not a surf lesson

No experience necessary - all levels are welcome!

What to bring:

• yoga mat
• warm/comfy clothes
• Blanket to sit on and wrap yourself in
• water
• Swimsuit/wetsuit (if you don't have one you can hire them at PJs surf shop)
• to reduce waste, bring your own mug!
• positive attitude and a big smile

As this is an outdoor event, this is weather permitted. Fingers crossed for Swansea sun, however if we need to reschedule we'll keep you in informed.

Info: Yoga Session
Time: 10:00AM - 11:00AM.
Location: Meet in the car park (Yellow Beatle)
Description: Begin your day with a yoga flow to warm you up and prepare you for a sea dip or a play in the surf. Our instructors will guide you through a series of gently poses and breathing exercises designed to enhance your flexibility, strength and mindfulness. The soothing sound of waves and the gentle sea breeze will create a serene environment, perfect for both beginners and seasoned yogis

Time: 11:00 AM onwards
Description: After your yoga session, we will head for the sea and take turns to play on the surfboards and have a dip, followed by a fire, beach games, snacks and beverages.

What to bring
Yoga Mat: Ensure you have a comfortable mat for the yoga session.
Comfortable and warm/dry clothes: Dress in layers to adjust to the temperature and don’t forget your swimsuit
Snack and drinks: We will provide some snacks and beverages however if you have dietary requirements we recommend you bring your own.
Blanket: A blanket to sit on or wrap around yourself after the surf
Surf board: Not necessary but if you have your own feel free to bring it.

Weather Contingency: In case of temperamental weather, the event may be reschedules. Please check our social media for updates.
