🌸WHAT: Our weekly Sunday seaside vinyasa flow yoga 🤸️, a soulful practice that invigorates the body, soothes the mind, sparks the soul to the best 🎶 world music beats and teachers! 🌊 and after class, enjoy a revitalizing dip in the ocean.
We are a judgment-free, non-competitive healing space with a beautiful community of locals and visitors. . The teachers will guide using high-quality audio system for everyone to follow with ease. Feel freedom to skip out whats does not serve you along the way. Our location is a beautiful wide-open area of the beach in the heart of lauderdale, with very easy access, no crowded lounge chairs, and close to all hotels, parking, and shops.

Kids under 13 are free to join the class with paid adults or play off to the side.

☀️ARRIVE:
Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins.
🎒 BRING :
BYO Large sheet or blanket for wide coverage from sand to practice on.
Yoga mat is NOT needed unless you have one to place under a sheet to give more stability. Dont forget sunglasses, sunscreen, a bottle of water. and something to protect your items if we get a refreshing sprinkle of rain, or ocean mist. You will sweat! Wear swimsuits or fitness attire, and enjoy a jump in the ocean after class or shower off at beach entrances.
Shops & ATM on NE 9 Street - All major hotels begin south of Vistamar Street.
