Experience a breath-movement flowing salute to the sun🌞, Yoga poses 🤸♀️ to awaken the body, breathwork to expand energy, mantra and meditation 🧘🏽♀️ to spark the soul.
Let the rhythm of the sea🌊, beautiful ocean view and sunny seabreeze, the warmth of the sun , and the melodies of sacred music 🎶 elevate your spirits as you reconnect with nature .
Remain after the session for a revitalizing dip in the ocean's embrace, where the waters of renewal await, nurturing your essence with a profound bond to the natural world.
The teacher will demonstrate the poses and give clear directions with modifications for all levels, and newbies to enjoy. Class duration, 70+ minutes.
After class, give yourself extra time to enjoy the ocean dip or just sit.
This is a beautiful wide wide-open area of the beach, very easy access, no crowded lounge chairs, and open to all. Come as you are and receive all you deserve!

🎒 WHAT TO BRING ? :
Large sheet or blanket for wide coverage from sand to practice on.
Yoga mat is NOT needed unless you have one to place under a sheet to give more stability. Sunglasses, sunscreen, a bottle of water, and something to protect your items if we get a refreshing sprinkle of rain, or ocean mist. Wear swimsuits or fitness attire.
Beach Umbrellas: If you plan to bring a beach umbrella for shade, or staying for a beach day, please make sure to take extra time securing your umbrella from wind gusts and place it in an area that does not block other class participants' views.
We are on the beach, so stay after class and enjoy a refreshing jump into the healing ocean ! There are shops on NE 9th street for food, drink, bathroom, cash machine, and more. All major hotels begin south of Vistamar Street.
