BOOKING IS REQUIRED!🧘🏻♀️We would love to welcome you on Palmanova Beach (close to Il Chiringo) for a mindful Hatha Yoga practice.
It will be all about body awareness and alignment, breathing mindfully, moving the body with care, calming down the nervous system and awakening the energy of the sun and the moon throughout the practice. All that in a beautiful settings: facing towards the see, feeling the seabreeze touching your skin, enjoying the shade of the trees and the first rays of the sun.
Please 5-10 minutes earlier than the starting time to settle down.
Please bring your own mat/towel with you.
Price: €15 - single class
OR you can choose from our membership options:
€55 - 4 classes pass (valid max. for 1 month)
€100 - 8 classes pass (valid max. for 2 months)
