Join me this Saturday, 12 April at 10 am as we kick off the season with a feel-good Beach Yoga Flow at Gorey Long Beach. Think fresh salty air, sun-kissed skin, and sandy toes grounding you as we flow through Warrior 2 facing the sea 🌊

No need to book — just show up with your mat, sunscreen, and sunnies and get ready to stretch, breathe, and move with the rhythm of the waves.
