~ GENTLE YOGA BY THE SEA ~ Join me on the beach and settle in around the bonfire. This is the last session of our Beach Yoga classess for the season, therefore I have extended the session to include some food and time to gather round the fire and connect, swim or chill together.
We will meet and settle in a gentle yoga flow and breath practices, before I ground and guide you into a restful meditation.
Whether you are an experienced meditator, or new to it, you are welcome to these friendly, nurturing sessions.
Please bring a yoga mat and anything that will keep you warm, wear layers, hats, blankets, so you can be comfortable for the yoga session and sitting around the fire.
I'll meet you on Southbourne beach, just follow the promenade all the way to the end, where it moves into Hengistbury Head. I'll be on the beach as you continue to walk towards the headland, about 20 metres in front of the end of the prom. *The nearest road for parking is Harbour Road (residential) or similar roads adjacent to Dalmeny Road.*
