Namaste! I'm Deep, a certified yoga teacher from India with over 500 hours of training.I come from the land where yoga was born, bringing with me the authentic tradition and ancestral wisdom of this ancient practice. My extensive training has allowed me to understand yoga not only as physical exercise, but as an integral path toward the wellbeing of body, mind, and spirit.
Currently, I have the pleasure of sharing this beautiful practice here at Postiguet Beach, where we combine the energy of the Mediterranean Sea with the essence of traditional Indian yoga. My classes are designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
In each session, I will guide you through:
Asanas (postures) with proper alignment
Pranayama (breathing techniques)
