The instructor DerekYoga, has received training in India and the UK in Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga. His mission is to help people overcome anxiety and build a healthier lifestyle with yoga.
The classes are based on Ashtanga Vinyasa and are available to beginners and intermediate practitioners.
👜WHAT TO BRING?
You are kindly advised to bring your OWN Yoga mat, a towel, water, and your beautiful smile 🙂
