Who’s ready for some FALL BEACH YOGA?!?! Join me Tuesday, 11/4, at 9am for a gentle, beginner friendly, donation-based beach yoga!
Class is held on Whitecap Beach near the Bob Hall Pier. If you don’t want to drive on the sand there is a parking lot behind the Padre Balli Park building, so enter through the Padre Balli Park entrance and follow the road around the big blue park building!
I recommend using a flat sheet or yoga blanket as your mat. I have 2 large beach blankets that hold 2-3 people each and few yoga blankets to share!
Look for the yoga flag if all else fails! 😊
