Join me EVERY TUESDAY AT 9AM for a gentle, relaxing, and beginner friendly yoga class on the beach!!!The easiest way to get to class is to enter through the Padre Balli Park entrance and either follow the road to the beach and take a right on the beach or follow the road to the right and park behind the big blue park building. Look for the yoga flag!
Class is donation-based. You can pay with Zelle, CashApp, and Cash.
Class is always beginner friendly!!
I recommend using a flat sheet or yoga blanket. I have a few yoga blankets to share! Come early to grab a spot on one of my 2 large beach blankets that hold 2 people with plenty of space to stretch out!
Don’t forget your water and sunscreen!
