Weather permitting join me for some yoga on the beach for approx an hour, followed by a dip for those that want! Or maybe just a coffee or an ice cream!I have checked the long range tide forecast and the tide will be out so plenty of room for yoga!
This event is free! However it costs £5 to park at Southerndown. Lift sharing available!
