Join me for a gentle, relaxing beach yoga class! Class is donation based - you can pay with cash, cashapp, and Zelle. I recommended using a flat sheet or yoga blanket as your mat. Feel free to message me to reserve a yoga blanket/spot in class; that way your yoga mat stays sand free!!
Class is held beachside of the big blue Padre Balli Park building. There is a parking lot you can park in if you do not want to drive on the beach.
Class is for all levels! Come as you are and enjoy the wonderful outdoor location with gentle movement!
