We meet on the sand each Tuesday at 9 AM for Yoga. Kids are welcome! All levels. Parking is free at the Fort Macon bathhouse beach, on Picnic Park Drive. Park on the right side of the parking lot, walk over the sand dune and stroll 5 to 10 minutes towards the right to class. Bring a large towel or sheet to practice on.
