Barcelona hosts the 16th edition of Change Day Festival. It's a 2.5 day un-conference for coaches, trainers and therapists to share industry secrets about change and how to transform individuals and organizations.

the dance party.
Barcelona's Change Makers are invited to meet the doers and shakers of the Change Management industry in Europe. Ice melting and speed networking will take place at sunset, drinks will be served and the music will make you move --your toes and your comfort zone.
Meet new colleagues, smile at new friends and dance the macarena with friends of friends from the SIETAR, IAF, AIN, PLAY14, Agile ALE, PSAs, BWN, PWN- if these associations mean nothing to you- you must meet Jessica- festival Director- Social Alchemist who designs parties and creates experiences where strangers leave as allies.
