✨️ We are offering this free session from the heart, as a gift to connect with nature, each other and the elements—Earth, Water, Air, Fire and Spirit.
During the meditation, we will tune into the energies around us and open our hearts to gratitude and connection.
💖 After the meditation, we’ll share joy and community through music and rhythm, celebrating together by the sea.

• towel or mat
• bottle of water
• journal and pen
• instruments to jam along
• comfortable cosy clothing
