To all those that are interested in my beach guided
meditation class, here are a few tips for you to consider before attending:
1. Wear comfortable clothing
2. Bring a beach chair or blanket
3. Bring a blanket or shawl
4. Water
5. Bring an open mind
It is critical to be comfortable to get the most out of your meditation practice. There is no right or wrong way to do this practice, it is designed to allow the body and mind to be in awareness while relaxed, allowing the breath to reach all areas of the body deeply. Having a blanket or shawl to wrap around your shoulders will help if the morning ocean air is a bit brisk. Water is key to hydration and circulation of energy and having an open mind will help you get the very most out of the class by pushing aside negativity and letting positive thoughts in....xo!
The summer series will be held every 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month (weather permitting) at 9:00 a.m. on the Avery Point Beach, Groton, CT. Donations are appreciated but not necessary.
*Suggested love energy donation $20 pp -cash only*
