BEACH Flow Yoga

I am very pleased to invite to my YOGA CLASSES on the BEACH

******Pls bring your own mat we cannot provide mats for this class.*****

***Ever class is different and has a different focus.

We will start with warming up and activating the body and especially the articulations.

Once warmed up we will get into a flow sequence according to the proposal of the practice.

The cooling down leads to a well deserved savasana and after the final relaxation we use singing bowl vibration to end the class and come back to the fiscal body.

If you want bring your swimming suit to take a refreshing bath before or after the session.
