The 2024 Beach Body Transformation Contest starts Saturday, May 4th!What is the Beach Body Transformation Contest?
The Beach Body Program is a program designed to keep you focused and accountable in the months leading up to the Summer and get you ready to hit the Beach!
So what makes this program different from other programs?
Throughout this program you will be asked to track your food, activity, exercise and water intake and you must report all areas tracked each week to score "Fitness Points". You will also be receive points for weighing in each week and bonus points for staying under your starting weight each week!
The contestant with the most "Fitness Points" accumulated will win 1/2 the CA$H PRIZE and the contestant that loses the most % body weight will win the other 1/2 of the CA$H PRIZE!
During you initial meeting we will determine your current health statistics and set weekly goals for you to achieve. You will be encouraged to join in on some of our fun and effective Group Training sessions, but it is not mandatory. In fact all that is mandatory is that you weigh in on the first and last day of the contest!
