Meet the park naturalist in the parking lot. From there, we will walk through the park’s mesic hammock and along the 5-acre pond. Park naturalist will point out birds, wildflowers, and other wildlife seen on this roughly one-mile walk. Water, sun protection, binoculars and bug spray are recommended. Well behaved dogs on leash are welcome.
Some terrain may not be suitable for strollers.
Outside programs may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, etc.
