Certified Reiki Healer | 200-Hour Trauma-Informed Yoga InstructorI was born as an energy transformer—deeply sensitive to the energies of others. Before Reiki and chakra healing found me, I often felt depleted, absorbing what wasn’t mine to carry. Becoming Reiki certified changed everything. It gave me the tools to protect, clear, and share my energy intentionally. Now, I offer Reiki not only as a healing modality for others, but as a way to stay balanced and whole within myself.
With a heart to serve and a passion for growing through life’s lessons, I walk this path as both teacher and student. I believe in the power of reconnecting to what is unseen—to remember our connection to everything: to energy, to nature, to each other, and to the parts of ourselves we’ve forgotten.
