Join Chocolatier Phyllis Robinson of Tandem Chocolates for a guided chocolate tasting curated for Valentine's Day!The class begins with exploring handcrafted chocolate bars and bonbons including strawberries and cream, passion fruit, raspberry, sparkling wine and more.
During the tasting we'll discuss the history of chocolate and the current status of cacao production. Following the tasting, we'll have a hands-on experience hand rolling, dipping, and decorating truffles.
Each participant will create their own Valentine Box of twelve hand rolled truffles in a selection of flavors including champagne, berry and classic dark to take home for your own enjoyment.
Aprons and gloves will be provided. Chocolate does have a way of getting everywhere, so dress casually. Please no heavy fragrances as it can affect the chocolate tasting.
